This Privacy Policy applies from 18th December 2006 until further notice

Please note that your Information will be stored and processed on our computers until the transaction has been completed to your satisfaction. Fred Walton will hold your information in a safe, confidential and secure environment. Fred Walton will never sell or rent your personal information to third parties for any purpose.

Internet credit card payments.

Our internet payment service provider is Paypal when you click any payment button on the Fred Walton web site, or in any email sent from Fred Walton, you will be taken to the secure PayPal web site. Your credit card details are not disclosed to Fred Walton.

Delivery

Small items are sent via Royal mail first class standard post.

Larger items are sent by overnight carrier.

We will endevour to dispatch your order within two working days of receipt of cleared payment, if however we find that there is likely to be a delay in dispatching your item(s), we will contact you by email, advising of the expected dispatch date, if this date is not acceptable,we will make a full refund of your payment.

Returns

If any item is found to be unsuitable you should call our customer help line free 0808 108 5678 to arrange for the item to be returned. The goods must be returned unused in their original packaging within 10 days of delivery. Unsuitable items are returned at the customers expense. Fred Walton will refund the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping costs.

Damaged goods if your items are damaged in transit, you should inform Fred Walton by email to Customer Support within 24 hours of receipt, the item will be replaced or the purchase price including all carriage costs refunded, Fred Walton will also pay all costs incurred in returning the damaged goods.

Defective goods. Every effort is made to insure that all goods are free from defects before shipping, in the very unlikely event that you receive a defective product from Fred Walton, you should telephone Customer Services free on 0808 108 5678, Fred Walton will replace the goods and refund any shipping charges incurred.

It is important that you contact Fred Walton Customer Services before returning any item(s) in order to qualify for refund of shipping costs if applicable.
